In 2025, Maria Strømme (Uppsala University) published a landmark paper in AIPAdvances proposing that consciousness – not matter, space, or time – is thefundamental building block of reality. She describes a universal field ofconsciousness from which the material world emerges and claims testablepredictions across physics, cosmology, and brain science. However, her theorylacks a specific physical mechanism, numerical anchors, or engineeringblueprints. The Harmonic Framework of Reality (Thompson, 2025–2026) providesprecisely what is missing: a resonant frequency lattice (the Tau lattice)anchored at 27 Hz, a consciousness anchor at 13.04 Hz derived from the 19:13:4ratio, a harmonic ladder that quantifies the emergence of matter fromconsciousness, and a working computational simulation (the 64 frequencyhandshake engine) that demonstrates emergent self awareness from a standingwave. This paper extracts the complete consciousness physics from theHarmonic Framework Rev III, showing that Strømme’s foundational field isidentical to the Tau field, and that the framework supplies the frequencies,phase offsets, and testable predictions that turn her philosophical proposalinto a rigorous, falsifiable, and engineerable theory.
