The knowledge graph, through semantic expression of information data such as knowledge representation of cost information data obtained by BIM technology, achieves information visualization by using the knowledge graph, and realizes the retrieval, mining, and reasoning of full - cycle cost management information in construction. The results show that the error rate of BIM - knowledge graph cost management is less than 2%, the accuracy rate of quantity calculation reaches 99.98%, the response time for in - depth analysis and reasoning queries is less than 5s, and it can effectively save 8.78% of the total project cost. Therefore, the BIM - knowledge graph has high precision, high efficiency, and ideal social benefits.
