The use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and GIS (Geographic Information System) technologies in the sphere of engineering is necessary to make the construction projects more efficient and accurate. The conventional mining systems have severe performance limitations, namely in the capacity of system throughput and use of the available resources. To address these, the current research develops the smart system of mining in accordance with the principles of BIM + GIS. The system can access it in both ways and it is energy efficient so it can easily integrate both the BIM data and GIS data by having a data integration medium through which information can be transferred and shared. The intelligent system employs the latest machine learning methods that enable flexible autonomous prediction and processing of tricky geographic and physical building information so as to enhance the mining effectiveness as well as the decision support capability. The results of the experimental studies illustrate the system’s performance capacity in terms of data collaboration with information integration, with the system achieving an average throughput of 1132 requests per second, which indicates an approximate performance improvement of 39% and a 13% increase in resource utilization specific to system performance. The intelligent mining system is an efficient application in the engineering field, and assures the improvement to quality and effectiveness of the overall project management process.
