Talking about agentic AI professions in the abstract is easy. The hard part is bringing it down to concrete trades where the change has already happened and is not reversible. I have been working with professional associations and consultancies from Buenos Aires to Mexico City, and the four cases I cover in this article are the ones I see transforming fastest: accountants, lawyers, journalists, and designers. I do not pick extreme cases: I pick the four where most professionals ask me what to do with their career. My position is clear: none of these professions disappears, all reorganize deeply, and the difference between thriving and being left out depends on decisions made in the next 18-24 months, not in five years.
