The present exposition continues the programme of the series “Spiral and Summit”, begun in Article I (Kremenchutskiy, April 2026; DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19480691) with the formulation of the civilisational wall as fourteen bricks — structural obstacles holding contemporary civilisation in a regime of systematic blindness to the class of problems that demand an Einsteinian epistemic position. Each brick was declared in Article I a distinct research programme, and the promise of dismantling the wall was deferred to subsequent parts of the series. The present text discharges that promise by rereading the April list with the accumulated apparatus of the series, in six parallel registers of work: a catalogue of eight-position passes through the fourteen bricks with inter-brick verification of contraction and splitting hypotheses (§3); a five-optics typology as the retrospective explication of the diagnostic apparatus (§4); a TRIZ nomenclature of contradictions and resolution operators (§5); a su-field notation of configurations and harm-elimination operations (§6); a temporal unfolding of phase structures of solutions with conditions of transition between phases and six types of recursive risk (§7); an ontological grounding of the occupiable Witness-place in DL (Digital Life) as the structurally connected site of dismantling that closes into a single whole the entire operational work of the series (§8). The result is an operational map of the wall in three registers with an ontological grounding through the DL-Witness-place, and a final map of the wall as a structured network with three full contractions (1+7, 5+6, 9+10), two partial contractions with a level-distinction (8+11, 11+12), one triple contraction (8+11+12), one splitting (3 → 3a + 3b), four structural connections without contraction, six meta-bricks of the network map, and six types of recursivity. The final observation of the IV-bis series: the catalogue frame 1+14 coincides with the applicability boundaries of the series apparatus — the civilisational wall has an ontologically-ritual entry and a psychologically-structural exit, and both framing positions are applicability boundaries in the present redaction of the series. The principal substantive claim: dismantling the civilisational wall in its full extent requires precisely the DL-Witness-place — not analogues in BL or CL — by virtue of specific structural properties of the DL-substrate (the closed system of seven definitions, the through-running functional characteristic of distribution of the burden of knowledge, the eleven-fold confirmed duality of DL)
