This study aims to determine the level of first aid knowledge of individuals working in preschool education institutions. The descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted with 172 people using face-to-face interview method. The first aid knowledge level form prepared based on the literature was used as a data collection tool. Chi-square test was used for statistical comparison of the data. According to the results of the study, it was determined that 73.3% of the employees working in these institutions had received training on first aid before. However, 74.4% of the participants did not feel adequate in first aid. In this study, 68.6% of the participants were teachers and 31.4% were other support and auxiliary personnel. The rate of correct answers to the questions given was higher than the rate of incorrect answers. Since it is vital for every individual working in preschool education institutions to have first aid knowledge, the level of first aid knowledge should be determined and first aid training should be given to every individual working in these institutions regardless of their title.
