A Twitter Based Opinion Mining to Perform Analysis on Network Issues of Telecommunication Companies

Twitter is a free and most popular social networking service that allows registered and authorised user to transfer their opinion called short messages also known as tweets. Twitter user can broadcast their opinion in the form of tweets to the other user on twitter and track other user opinion in the form of tweets from multiple platforms and from any devices. There are lots of user tweets are available on twitter which are fire by public to share their opinion with other people. Twitter is the most popular social media to perform analysis about the user opinion about telecommunication companies. Now a days, people facing lots of problems in their telecommunication network. More than thousand tweets are fire per day on network issues of telecommunication companies. So there is need to develop one system that analyse the public opinion geographically which helps the telecommunication companies to make more effective and user convenient network for people by performing survey of their tweets and get aware about people problems. In this paper we will discuss or describe methodology, preprocessing, feature extraction, different types of classification techniques etc. And also compare different techniques with each other.
