This paper presents a unified model for the four Galilean satellites (Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto), proposing that they accreted debris from distinct layers of a differentiated planetesimal tidally disrupted by proto-Jupiter. The model makes testable predictions: Electromagnetic induction: non‑monotonic phase lag pattern (Io~0°, Europa~1°, Ganymede 13–45°, Callisto~a few degrees). Europa's subsurface ocean contains dissolved phosphate at ~10⁻⁷–10⁻⁵ M, sourced from Fe₃P inclusions. All predictions are testable by Europa Clipper (2030) and JUICE (2031). This builds on the phosphorus bottleneck (Paper 1, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20486519) and the Tiamat disruption framework (Paper 2, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20474070). This is Paper 3 of the Tiamat Hypothesis Series.
