Room temperature and liquid-air neutrons have been scattered by gaseous ortho- and parahydrogen at 90^. The results check with those of Brickwedde, Dunning, Hoge and Manley for liquid hydrogen if reasonable allowances are made for the Doppler effect of the motion of the scattering H₂ molecules.
