Introduction. This research article examines a pressing educational issue: the organization of scientific and methodological support for the professional and personal development of teachers by the methodological service of State Budgetary Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten No. 93 in the Krasnoselsky District of St. Petersburg. To address this issue, it is necessary to develop a targeted mechanism for assistance and support for each teacher and the entire teaching staff in overcoming professional and personal deficiencies and promoting the development of professional skills. The aim of the study is to develop a system of scientific and methodological support for the professional and personal development of teachers by the methodological service of State Budgetary Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten No. 93 in the Krasnoselsky District of St. Petersburg. Research Materials and Methods. The study utilized theoretical methods (analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization) and empirical methods (questionnaires, observation, OSINT methods). The materials and sources of the study included open source data, a questionnaire, and observation of the direct activities of teachers at State Budgetary Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten No. 93 in the Krasnoselsky District of St. Petersburg. Research Results. To create a system of scientific and methodological support, the methodological service of State Budgetary Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten No. 93 in the Krasnoselsky District of St. Petersburg conducted a diagnostic of professional deficiencies and monitored the professional and personal competencies of teachers. The results allowed for the development of an individual educational trajectory for teachers, built on the principles of openness and variability, content selection for professional teacher education, a fundamental focus on the content component, and a strengthening of the humanistic component. The authors of this article examined the issue of monitoring the results of the implementation of the scientific and methodological support system and assessed its direct and indirect effects. Discussion and Conclusion. The results of this study enable the methodological service of State Budgetary Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten No. 93 in the Krasnoselsky District of St. Petersburg to provide targeted support to teachers to overcome their own professional and personal deficiencies and develop new specialists.
