Abstract

Concluding the foundational THFR series, this paper establishes the QCRS as a decelerating biomorphic filter driven by the Informational Quantum Field (IQF) loop. We introduce Morphological Isometry and Topological Anchors to explain why observers perceive a synchronized, deterministic 3D+1 world with fixed laws.
