Continuing the exposition of the Theory of Harmonic Field Resonance (THFR) from Parts I and II, this paper reinterprets the standard model's Higgs field as the macroscopic manifestation of the 11D informational viscosity tensor (₀₁). We resolve the problem of objective physical laws by introducing Nomological Convergence mathematically formalized through the Synchronization Tensor (_), which binds individual reduction operators into a cohesive reality.
