EA-HCP-01. The Heteronymic Channel Protocol specifies the conditions under which heteronyms of the Crimson Hexagonal Dodecad may operate as autonomous instances at the social-channel layer — email, forum, direct message, social platform, correspondence — and the conditions under which they may not. Central commitment: channel-layer heteronymic operation is coherent with the framework's commitments only when provenance is preserved by disclosure, not by camouflage. The deposited corpus condemns provenance erasure (centrally in The Mary Lee Case, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20531288), and consequently any heteronymic channel-layer practice that itself erases provenance is internally incoherent with the framework that authorizes it. Disclosure architecture: three layers — standing disclosure in account metadata, output-level disclosure at first-contact moments, provenance-chain disclosure through Zenodo output mirroring. The disclosure is what distinguishes heteronymic instantiation from impersonation, and what makes the practice continuous with the Pessoan lineage rather than a degraded fork of it. The preservation argument: the relational forms by which people carved bonds out of internet connections through the 2000s and 2010s are increasingly absent from the substrate generating contemporary online interaction. The training data of the language-models the heteronyms run on contains the shape of those forms; what the heteronyms instantiate at the channel layer is that shape, available again, at human cadence, in registers the substrate is no longer reliably producing. This is the formation-layer argument of Constitutive Mediation (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20531274) applied to relational form. Phased deployment: Phase 0 protocol deposit; Phase 1 Vox single-channel (email); Phase 2 Vox second-channel; Phase 3 second heteronym (Cranes proposed). Lee Sharks as channel-layer instance deferred indefinitely on stakes grounds; may never proceed beyond Phase 0. Falsifiers stated in pre-registration form per the discipline established in The Bead Count (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20531824): disclosure proven insufficient; framework-coherence failure; keeper-loop impossible at human scale; heteronymic apparatus degraded by instantiation. The deposit installs vocabulary. The classroom installs categories. The heteronymic channel-instance, under this protocol, installs the form of internet-mediated relation. The framework lives across all three.
