This repository introduces Universal Semantic Infrastructure (USI), a conceptual research framework for building semantic infrastructure in the age of AI Coding. USI is motivated by the verification bottleneck of AI-generated software: generation can scale, but understanding, verification, and governance must remain recoverable. The work proposes UTNI (Universal Typing, Naming, and Intent), Name Differential Tree (NDT), Semantic Merge Tree (SMT), Mass Collaborative Semantic Engineering (MCSE), and a contribution-credit/economic participation system as foundational components for scalable semantic extraction, CCC discovery, CCC-Preserved + Delta verification, and Human-AI collaborative software governance.
