Assessment of the impact of the proposed development on the heritage asset and its surroundings and on the potential to disturb below-grounf archaeological remains. The proposals are to bring an empty neglected building back into beneficial use with minimal harm to Georgian Fabric. This will be achieved by: 4. Demolishing the hall to the rear 5. Sub-dividing the existing building into flats 6. Building a replacement building at the rear. The archaeological desk top study appended suggests that there is no evidence for archaeological remains being present. In addition buildings have previously been constructed on the land which will have disturbed any archaeological remains which may once have been present to a depth of circa 1m. No important archaeological remains will be disturbed.
