**Preprint | Continuum Field Entropy Empirical Validation Series** The merging galaxy cluster 1E0657-56 (the ”Bullet Cluster”) is widely cited as definitive empirical proof of collisionless Cold Dark Matter (CDM), owing to the spatial offset between the ram-pressure decelerated X-ray plasma and the uninterrupted weak gravitational lensing maps. In this paper, we demonstrate that this conclusion relies on a flawed dualistic assumption that gravitational potential is instantaneously tethered to localized mass. Utilizing the Continuum Field Entropy (CFE) framework, we model the universe as a non-linear, shear-thickening Cosserat continuum where macroscopic gravity is a spatial tension gradient (T_). We establish a mathematical bridge via Dispersion Relation Reduction, proving that the third-order temporal jerk (Dynamic Impedance, Zₒₘ₌) in the macroscopic scalar tension wave equation is physically identical to macroscopic kinematic viscosity (). By reconstructing the true center-of-mass collision epicenter at xc = -105 kpc, we execute a Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) inference on the Clowe et al. (2006) datasets over the physical collision timeline of t₎₁ₒ = 146. 7 Myr. We extract a native kinematic viscosity of 173. 9 kpc²/Myr, yielding a physical vacuum relaxation time of Zₒₘ₌ 16. 4 Myr. We demonstrate that the observed ”Dark Matter” is not particulate mass, but the detached, pre-existing gravitational tension wake that sheared off the halted plasma and advected purely via continuum fluid dynamics, perfectly reconciling the missing 75% kinetic energy deficit. **Project Integration: **This document is a standalone validation report.
