We present a derivation of the black hole information paradox resolution within the framework of Original Informational Dynamics (D. I. O. — Dinamica Informazionale Originaria). The D. I. O. framework postulates that the fundamental substrate of reality is a pre-geometric quantum field, the Primordial Quantum Field (PQF), governed by the maximization of a Complexity Entropy functional Sc. The spacetime metric emerges as a Fisher-Rao information metric on the space of field configurations. We show that applying the variational principle δSc/δI = 0 to the bipartite system (black hole + radiation) naturally produces the island formula of Penington (2019) and Almheiri et al. (2019), deriving it rather than postulating it. The resulting Page curve preserves unitarity by construction. A distinctive quantitative prediction follows: the Page time scales as τPage ~ M² (versus the standard M³), with a time-varying effective gravitational constant Gₑff (τ). These predictions are in principle testable with LISA (2035) and future Event Horizon Telescope observations.
