Chronic tonsillitis (CT) is a significant issue in modern medicine not only in Uzbekistan but worldwide, occupying a special place among otorhinolaryngological diseases. Every practicing otorhinolaryngologist regularly encounters this pathology in their daily routine. Despite the presence of preventive and therapeutic standards and the continuous modernization of conservative and surgical treatment methods, CT remains both a socially important and epidemiologically relevant problem.
