It also rejects CDN-174 as a D9 holdout observable because CDN-174 measures finite-time acoustic excess, not a CDN-179-style asymptotic floor. The next valid test is pre-registered at delta = 0. 09, xi = 23. 04, with frozen predicted asymptotic floor epsᵢnf = 0. 029910 and tolerance 0. 006.
