Abstract

Archaeological evaluation consisting of the excavation of six 20m by 1.8m trenches. THe evaluation was conducted in accordance with a brief issued by Oxfordshire County Archaeological Services and a WSI prepared by Red River Archaeology No archaeological features or deposits were found during the course of the evaluation. The geophysical anomalies, described as being of 'uncertain origin', were not apparent
