The article aims to examine the evolution of judicial services within the administrative judiciary in Algeria and their shift towards digital transformation. This is achieved by exploring mechanisms for activating digital transformation at the stages of case registration, investigation, and judgment. These mechanisms are considered a guarantee of the right to litigation and an improvement of services. However, the adoption of technology in administrative courts poses legislative and material challenges, which are discussed in the second part of the article, emphasizing the adaptation of the administrative judge to this transformation.
