Abstract

The poster illustrates how the wave's group velocity (in m/s) varies with the texture intensities (represented by pole-figure intensities). A very preliminary work on elastic wave propagation through textured polycrystalline media integrating DREAM.3D and COMSOL Multiphysics. Presented at the 20th International Conference on Textures of Materials (ICOTOM) 2024, on July 2nd, held in Metz, France.
