This study examined Family Type, Parental Educational status and Tendency for Secondary School Students Cult Activities in Calabar Education Zone Cross River State, Nigeria. To achieve the purpose of the study, two hypotheses were formulated and tested at 0.05 level of significance. Related literatures were reviewed according to the variables of the study. The survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study consists of 6553 senior secondary school students in SS1. The main instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Data collected from respondents were subjected to statistical analysis using independent t-test analysis and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results of the analysis revealed that, family type and Parental Educational status have a significant influence on students’ tendency for cult activities in Calabar Education Zone of Cross River State, Nigeria. It was recommended among others that Parents should make it a priority to pay regular attention to their children and wards and also educate them properly on the acceptable standard of behavior in the society.
