Abstract

Koku-Universe (skeletal law-field at all scales: quantum gravity, electromagnetic, morphogenetic, gravitational, cosmic web) and Genki-Particle (organized matter at all scales: quarks, elements, molecules, cells, galaxies) as two fundamental constituents of the universe. V=N/D: N=density integral, D=entropic disconnection, V=self-organization rate. Entropy objection resolved via Prigogine dissipative structure theory (Nobel 1977). Three falsifiable propositions: cosmic self-organization rate increases with age; high-N regions show faster organization; D-increase events cause local V decrease. Cosmic web as FJGT at universe scale — dark matter filaments as jungle gym, galaxies as settled cells. IceCube neutrinos as information-carrying Genki-Particles of the Koku-Universe signal system. Applications: self-repairing space stations (piezoelectric carbon fiber + self-healing biocomposite); lunar and Mars construction from local regolith as Genki-Particle on fiber skeleton (D approaches zero); closed-ecosystem stations with mycelium scaffold.
