Abstract This article develops a HoloGenesis pathway for reconstructing the Hubble rate without defining the coherence age of the universe from the Hubble rate itself. The central problem is circularity. If the coherence age is simply defined as the inverse of the observed Hubble rate then the reconstruction only restates what it claims to derive. HoloGenesis therefore anchors coherence age in its own ontology: the duration since the dark-cloud/subitron lattice became a standing frequency-capable spacetime structure. Within this framework the lattice is not inside spacetime. It is spacetime itself. The coherence age of the lattice is therefore interpreted as the age of physical spacetime as a realized frequency-capable structure. This coherence age can be side-anchored through the HoloGenesis origin sequence through the structural interpretation of the Cosmic Microwave Background as a present thermal-frequency trace of the lattice and through the frequency-time closure relation that links primitive cycles to cosmic coherence intervals. The article then connects the coherence age to the coherence count. The primitive subitron floor frequency defines the smallest standing temporal cycle of the lattice. The coherence count is the number of such primitive cycles elapsed during the age of the realized lattice. This count also corresponds spatially to the number of primitive subitron wavelengths spanning the axial coherence horizon. The same number therefore links temporal duration and spatial extension. The article further develops the density route. The realized density of the universe is not treated as an ordinary matter inventory alone. It is interpreted as an expansion-active lattice realization density. It stands inside a bounded window between an upper roof capacity and a nonzero lower floor condition. At early coherence time the realized density begins near the roof condition. As the lattice expands and the coherence count grows the realized density decreases toward the floor condition. It never falls into absolute nothingness. The key HoloGenesis claim is that realized density is a time marker. It decreases because the lattice expands. The growing coherence count reduces the ratio between roof capacity and realized expression. The present density of the universe therefore encodes the age and dilution state of the lattice. From this bounded density-window view the Hubble rate becomes the observable tempo of the age-diluted lattice realization. Dark energy is not treated as a separate substance added to the cosmos. It is reinterpreted as a bookkeeping effect arising when horizon-scale lattice dilution and curvature are translated into conventional cosmological language.
