In the evolving global economy, organizations increasingly recognize that employee well-being is fundamental to sustainable growth and long-term success. Traditional management approaches that focused primarily on efficiency and profitability are gradually being replaced by holistic frameworks that integrate physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being into organizational strategies. This paper examines the interrelationship between holistic health, human development, and management practices. It argues that organizations adopting a holistic approach to employee well-being experience enhanced productivity, reduced turnover, improved innovation, and stronger organizational commitment. The study adopts a conceptual and interdisciplinary approach by reviewing recent literature (2023–2025) and synthesizing insights from human resource management, organizational behavior, psychology, and public health. A comprehensive framework is proposed linking management practices with holistic health dimensions and human development outcomes. The findings emphasize that leadership style, organizational culture, and HR policies play a critical role in fostering holistic well-being. The paper concludes with practical recommendations for integrating holistic health into management systems and suggests directions for future empirical research.
