CDN-367 extends the Fornax dSph Jeans dispersion test by making the external field an explicit falsification parameter. Using the same Walker et al. member-star velocity bins and McConnachie Fornax structural inputs as CDN-366, this release applies the locked GCFT interpolation law ν (x) =1+1/ (exp (sqrt (x) ) -1) through a scalar external-field proxy, xₑff=sqrt (gN²+gₑxt²) /a0. The artifact reports the preferred GCFT external-field strength, the Milky-Way proxy value, fixed-eta and grid-relieved fits, comparison to simple MOND, prediction hashes, figures, CSV tables, scripts, and validation notes.
