Within the framework of Discrete Geometric Physics (DGP), a complete theory of the ontogenesis of matter is constructed — the sequential emergence of structure from a quantum node to elementary particles, atoms, stars, and large‑scale cosmic objects. All levels of matter organisation are derived from the single hierarchical law a(N)=2NℓPla(N)=2NℓPl and the bounce mechanism on the 26‑vertex cubic lattice. Explicit formulas are obtained for the energy of the quantum node, the first quantum thread, the mass of solitons, nuclear binding energy, the Jeans condition, and cosmological evolution N(t)N(t). All calculations are based on geometric invariants without fitting parameters. The theory explains the origin of the periodic table of elements, the diversity of star types, and the large‑scale structure of the Universe as manifestations of a single hierarchy NN. Experimental predictions and protocols for their verification are provided.
