The original form of the universe consists of free photon energy, which is disordered and prone to dissipation and cannot form stable solid structures. To build a long-lasting material world, the universe possesses a complete set of supporting objective operating rules: fundamental particles are generated through strong force self-locking, with electric charges derived to construct microscopic material structures; native acting forces realize structural confinement across all scales; the zero energy loss mechanism of orbital motion sustains the long-term operation of celestial bodies and atoms; the inherent constant speed of photons serves as a unified energy benchmark for the entire universe. This paper illustrates the underlying logic behind the existence of only three fundamental particles, namely protons, neutrons and electrons, as well as the core significance of electric charges. These three types of particles can combine to form all kinds of atoms completely, and neutrons act as an essential medium for stabilizing atomic nuclei. Generated synchronously during strong force self-locking, electric charges rely on Coulomb force to bind electrons and form atoms and molecules, enabling matter to aggregate and ultimately construct stars and macroscopic cosmic structures. The existing physical system introduces numerous hypothetical particles and separates the motion laws of micro and macro objects, failing to touch the complete supporting operating rules for the birth and stable existence of matter at the fundamental level, thus containing fundamental logical deviations.
