Here, we report how Iran’s Ministry of Health integrated a nationwide crisis counseling hotline into the primary health care network during the 2026 armed conflict. Raeisi et al. describe how Iran has integrated telephone-based psychological support into their primary healthcare network. This was rapidly implemented following recent armed conflict with the United States - Israel alliance.
