For a long time, fundamental physics has only described the phenomena of the three basic interactions, yet failed to clarify the fundamental cause of the generation of forces, nor sort out the logical relationship among energy, matter and mass, resulting in long-standing underlying flaws in the theoretical system. This paper holds that the only fundamental existence of the universe is free light energy. After free light energy condenses into three kinds of physical substances, namely protons, neutrons and electrons through the mechanism of strong self-locking, the originally freely propagating and flowing primary light energy is completely sealed and confined. Static matter itself cannot directly display the stored energy contained inside it, and the confined energy inevitably needs an external form of expression, which are the strong force, electromagnetic force and universal gravitation. According to the definition of classical mechanics, force multiplied by acting distance equals energy work, and force is the carrier for the manifestation of stored energy. The mass-energy equivalence formula is merely a conversion relation for the stored energy inside matter. Only when the locked structure of matter disintegrates and reverts to free light energy can the confined stored energy be converted into primary energy. During the existence of matter, all stored energy is embodied in the form of the three major forces. Once matter completely dissolves back into light energy, all forces derived from matter vanish entirely. The whole evolutionary cycle strictly follows the law of conservation of energy. This paper deduces the complete logical chain from primitive light energy to matter and then to interaction forces, and perfects the unified underlying logic of fundamental physics.
