ABSTRACT Near‐infrared(NIR) mechanoluminescence(ML) materials are promising for biomedical use due to their strong tissue penetration and low photodamage, yet biocompatible NIR emitters remain scarce. Although Fe 3+ is biologically benign, its available luminescence modes are limited, particularly lacking bright ML. Here we report Y 3 Sc 2 Ga 3 O 12 (YSGO):Fe 3+ as the first Fe 3+ ‐doped efficient multimodal NIR luminescent material with high self‐recovering ML brightness. The phosphor emits intense 782 nm NIR light under 409 nm excitation with a quantum yield of 59.26%, and after UV pre‐irradiation for 30 min, it exhibits persistent luminescence for up to 12 h. These properties enable applications in real‐time biomechanical monitoring and secure information storage. This work provides a new pathway for bio‐friendly multimodal NIR materials and establishes an effective Fe 3+ doping strategy for achieving high‐brightness NIR ML.
