This study proposed a framework for employing artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance admission and registration efficiency in Arab universities, by benefiting from leading foreign universities' AI applications. It addressed the challenges and opportunities of AI implementations in higher education using a theoretical analytical-synthetic methodology. The researcher concluded that AI improves institutional service quality and sustainable development. Consequently, a framework for AI applications in admission and registration was proposed, recommending the development of a national AI strategy and unified standards for AI in higher education.
