The purpose of the article is to analyze distinctive parameters of synergism while translating English, German and Chinese texts of the authentic official documents regulating economic and legal relations in the academic sphere in the XXI century into Ukrainian. The object of the study is the foreign documentary support of the process of Ukraine’s EU integration and cooperation with the P. R. C. alongside European countries within the academic environment. The subject of the research is the reproduction tools of the official documents regulating cooperation terms and conditions between Ukraine, European Union, and China in the academic sphere from English, German and Chinese into Ukrainian within the framework of distinctive parameters of translation synergism. The results of the study are, on the one hand, specification of the concept “distinctive parameters of translation synergism”; on the other hand — identification of the interaction mechanism between the parameters under focus on the platform of the authentic texts of documents regulating economic and legal relations in the academic sphere as well as their variants of translation into Ukrainian. Conclusions: the distinctive parameters of synergism while translating English, German and Chinese documents regulating economic and legal relations in the academic sphere (into Ukrainian) are manifested at the linguistic and extralinguistic levels taking due to linguistic and speech awareness of the authors of documents and the translator’s education; the linguistic level is presented by these indices: 1) differences in the use of terminology in the authentic texts under study and in the means of their reproduction in the Ukrainian language; 2) differences in the grammatical framework of the authentic texts under study and in the means of their reproduction in the Ukrainian language; 3) text frame. The extralinguistic component of the academic sphere is implemented using the markers as follows: 1) connotative use of intonation, non-linguistic signs; 2) kinesics. The perspectives of further research are seen in the study of the basis for changes in the paradigm of translation studies in the context of world globalization on the materials of the English, German and Chinese texts of the authentic official documents regulating economic and legal relations in the academic sphere in the XXI century as well as their translated versions in Ukrainian.
