The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Work Discipline, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), and Servant Leadership on Employee Performance in Employees of the Employment Office of UKM, Cooperatives, and Public Works Office of Banyumas Regency. The quantitative method was implemented in this study with a purposive sampling approach and involved 125 employees. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the relationship between variables. The results revealed that work discipline showed no influence on employee performance, while Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and Servant Leadership positively and significantly influenced employee performance. The implication of this research is to provide insight to companies in understanding how Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Servant Leadership can affect the performance of company employees.
