Two invariants govern this framework: a topological integer D that sets the geometry of the arena, and dynamical harmonic modes ℓᵢ that populate it. From the holographic bound and a Randall–Sundrum II embedding — two axioms — the unique bulk dimensionality D = 5 is derived (26 independent proofs across 16 mathematical domains). The resulting S³/Z₂ geometry with SU (5) gauge–Higgs unification via the Hosotani mechanism produces 52 physical quantities with zero continuously tuneable parameters in the dimensionless sector. A single observational input, the RS compactification length ℓ ≈ 35 μm inferred from the observed cosmological constant, sets the overall mass scale. The 52 quantities span the gauge couplings (g₂² = 4249/10000, αₛ⁻¹ = 111229/13125), the electroweak scale (v = 246. 25 GeV), the Higgs and top-quark masses (with two-loop corrections on S³/Z₂ computed here for the first time in the gauge–Higgs unification literature), the CMB angular power spectrum (χ² = 0. 651 against Planck 2018 with zero fitted parameters), the cosmological constant, the dark matter ratio, and the fermion mass hierarchy.
