Abstract

本文聚焦于bim技术在土建施工全过程中的应用,系统分析当前施工协同管理中存在的信息孤岛、沟通 低效、变更频繁、资源浪费等问题,深入探讨bim技术赋能下的协同管理内涵与特征。在此基础上,构建“平台 流 程 组织”三位一体的全过程协同管理机制框架,并从设计深化、施工准备、现场实施、竣工交付四个核心阶段详细 阐述bim协同管理的具体实施路径。最后,结合实际工程案例验证该机制的有效性,并提出保障机制落地的关键策略。 研究表明,基于bim的全过程协同管理机制能够显著提升项目信息流转效率、优化资源配置、降低施工风险,对推动 建筑业数字化转型具有重要实践价值。
