Dear Friends and Members of the DOS Family, As I prepare to step down and pass the torch of leadership, my heart is filled with profound gratitude, humility, and immense pride. Serving as the President of the Delhi Ophthalmological Society (DOS) has been the highest honor of my professional journey. This concluding message in the prestigious Delhi Journal of Ophthalmology is not just a formal farewell, but a celebration of what we have achieved together. When I assumed this office, our shared goal was to elevate clinical excellence, expand our academic footprint, and foster a spirit of inclusivity. Thanks to your unwavering support, the dedication of the Executive Committee, and the relentless efforts of our editorial team, we have made remarkable strides. Over the past year, we successfully navigated new frontiers in ophthalmic education. The Delhi Journal of Ophthalmology reached another milestone in terms of indexing, for which I would like to give credit to the past Editor Dr. Rahul Mayor and his editorial team. I wish the new Editor Dr. Dewang Angmo all the very best for a great tenure from now on. I am sure that she will take the journal to the next level. Journal is actually the face of the society. I am happy that the face of DOS is glowing with excellent academic quality and I am fully hopeful that in future it will glow brighter. As I hand over the mantle of this great society to the incoming President and the new team, I do so with absolute confidence. I am certain they will lead DOS to even greater heights of academic brilliance and social impact. Though my tenure as President ends, my commitment to our collective mission remains unchanged. I look forward to contributing to our society as a dedicated member and will always be available to the current team for any support and assistance they need from me. Once again, I thank all the members of our DOS family for giving me this opportunity to serve our society. Long Live DOS! Warm regards,
