Today, atomic conflict is one of the most central issues in international politics. This issue is much important and controversial that it cast a shadow on many international equations and overshadowed them. The nuclear weapon competition among the countries has endangered the international security and the majority of scholars believes that international consistency has been decreased and the factor that has endangered this consistency, is the extension of nuclear activities. The fluctuating relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the west world especially United States of America have been accompanied by new events and the finding of this research has indicated the increasing level of Iran and the United States’ expectation in the second round of JCPOA negotiations than the first round. Washington has implemented Strategy “No-JCPOA, No-Crisis” and talks ambiguously. The breach of the JCPOA by the United States, such a Hellas’ poison, has destroyed confidence between Iran and west. Now, JCPOA is not the priority of Washington, but focusing on the war between Ukraine and Russia, and the tension between Hamas and Israel. The JCPOA revive negotiation between Iran and west powers involved in JCPOA including the United States on a fateful two path where they have to choose one of the two options, political interaction or confrontation. This research used descriptive-analytic research method for the purpose of studying the agression of the United States of America from JCPOA and its impacts on Iran and West`s relations.
