Participation in Environmental Scientific and Practical Conferences as a Form of Professional Development of Students (Using the Example of the Institute of Natural Sciences of the Udmurt State University)

The problem of ensuring the presentation, discussion and analysis of the results of students research work in the field of environmental protection and environmental management at environmental scientific and practical conferences is revealed using the example of the Institute of Natural Sciences of the Udmurt State University. The most attractive and effective options for organizing conferences for students in terms of obtaining new environmental knowledge and consolidating professional skills are considered. The analysis of the problems of environmental conferences over the past 5 years has been carried out, the main directions of research activity, the most popular among students, allowing them to consolidate their professional competencies and contributing to their personal and professional development, have been highlighted.
