This study aimed to explore the relationship between the emotional intelligence and academic achievement among the higher secondary students. The samples were selected using stratified random sampling techniques. This study is purely quantitative in nature. It revealed that there exist positive relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement among higher secondary students.
