Abstract

Methods and Results: Split-mouth RCT in 100 healthy children (6–12 yrs), Group I: Fissurit FX (microfilled), Group II: E-sealant (nanofilled). Placed under rubber dam by single operator; evaluated at 3 and 6 months using modified USPHS criteria. Both materials were significantly efficacious during follow-up. Conclusion: Both microfilled and nanofilled sealants demonstrated clinical effectiveness at 6 months.
