Abstract

The goal of this work is to take well-established mathematical tools from cybernetics, information theory, evolutionary dynamics, and control engineering, and assemble them into a new interpretation that yields a simplifed but non-trivial mathematical model of a constitution. The model is simple enough to produce closed-form results.
