Background: This paper expands the "Information-Geometric Structure of Reality" framework, bridging fundamental physics and the cognitive aspects of perception. Spacetime is treated as an emergent property of a static 4D block universe (the Everettian Multiverse), where the subjective arrow of time arises from memory and prediction dynamics within the observer's cognitive system. Methods: Expanding upon the author's previous work on the informational and geometric interpretation of radioactive decay (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17137287), this research synthesizes Loop Quantum Gravity, Superstring Theory, and the Many-Worlds Interpretation to introduce a quantum resonance mechanism between spin network nodes and vibrational string modes. Results: The problem of free will is resolved not as a violation of determinism, but as a structural selector of consciousness states within Hilbert space. Utilizing quantum Darwinism and the free energy principle, it is shown that high cognitive coherence naturally aligns the observer’s trajectory with thermodynamically stable branches of the Multiverse. Conclusions: Consciousness operates as a fundamental informational pattern independent of its biological substrate, serving as a primary driver within the cosmic structure.
