The study aimed to identify the reality of applying leadership by values in the schools of the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (125) male and female teachers who were randomly selected. A questionnaire consisting of (23) items was applied to them, measuring the variable of leadership by values distributed over (5) domains: (integrity, compassion and a sense of gratitude, humility and self-denial, accountability and discipline, perception and moral courage). The study concluded that the reality of applying leadership by values in the schools of the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view was high. It also showed that there were no differences in teachers' opinions regarding the reality of applying leadership by values in the schools of the South Hebron Education Directorate according to gender, number of years of experience, academic qualification, and specialization. Therefore, the researcher recommended expanding the base of female teachers' contributions to making administrative decisions related to the school, and enhancing the concept of leadership by values as a modern leadership trend for school leadership by holding training courses under the supervision of specialists from the Ministry of Education, and holding specialized workshops for principals on employing the leadership by values model in schools.
