This paper is based on the institution of teacher training and school project planning. Its purpose is to investigate the views of Corfu Primary Education teachers regarding the relationship between this two objects, as described by the research questions, which are listed below. Without the sample being able to generalize the results, as a convenience sample, however, conclusions can be drawn for further study and questioning. An individual completion questionnaire was used for data collection, with all questions being closed-ended. A total of 74 teachers participated from the approximately 1,000 teachers of Corfu Primary Education. The study shows that teachers consider it necessary to include institution of training in the planning of the school projects, while at the same time they do not believe that they are part of the organization of their own training activities.
