The purpose of this study is to investigate the views of employees of the former TEI of Western Greece regarding the factors related to their job satisfaction. The quantitative method was used to conduct the research and the questionnaire was used as a research tool. In particular, job satisfaction was measured using the questionnaire of Warr, Cook and Wall (1979), which consists of 15 questions. According to the findings, the employees show a moderate level of professional satisfaction, as they recognize the existence of malfunctions related to the fact that the problems that arise within the organization are not solved in a direct and effective way. Demographic characteristics of employees, such as gender, age, educational level, employment relationship and position of responsibility, do not affect the external and internal satisfaction they express, since the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis controls do not reveal statistically significant differences. (p> 0.05 in all cases).
