This article presents a strategic framework designed for the development of businesses seeking prosperity with autonomy, sustainability, and purpose. The research, applied in nature, qualitative and exploratory-descriptive in method, was based on a systematized literature review and documentary analysis of real case studies. The study starts from the recurrent diagnosis that many entrepreneurs face operational overload, lack of clear processes, and difficulty in scaling their companies sustainably. Based on theoretical synthesis and practical evidence, a model is proposed with three interdependent pillars: entrepreneurial mindset and emotional intelligence, strategic management and operational processes, and organizational culture with decentralized leadership. The framework provides entrepreneurs with tools to abandon the exhaustion-centered model and build a business architecture oriented toward freedom, profitability, and longevity. The results indicate that implementing this model can enhance profitability, reduce managerial dependence, and strengthen long-term business impact.
