This paper aims to analyse the technical and economic feasibility of a high-standart residence construction using steel structures. The advantages of steel structures, including durability, strength, quick construction, architectural versatility, environmental sustainability, low maintenance, and property value appreciation, are analysed. The study takes account of high standards in construction materials and international Codes. After choosing steel structures, a comparison with reinforced concrete is made. Cost analysis, construction time evaluation, and the development of a project timeline are also analysed.
