The article examines the features of the law-making paradigm of constitutional justice. The conclusion is substantiated that the creation of “limits” of lawmaking cannot be an effective way to limit the creation of law, and the Russian legal system, as well as foreign legal systems, has special legal features that affect the legal order in the Russian Federation.
